Free shipping on every US order.

All orders placed on agarisoft.com ship free of charge within the contiguous United States. We do not charge for shipping — on any order, of any size.

Processing time All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery estimates Once dispatched from our US warehouse in Illinois, standard delivery takes approximately 5–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Carriers We work with trusted national carriers to deliver your order. Carrier selection may vary depending on your location and order size. Your tracking email will confirm which carrier is handling your delivery.

Expedited shipping Expedited shipping is not currently available. All orders ship via standard delivery at no charge.

International shipping At this time, AgariSoft ships to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not currently available. We hope to expand to additional regions in the future — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when this changes.

Order tracking A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received a tracking email within 48 hours of your order confirmation, please contact us at orders@agarisoft.com.

Lost or delayed packages If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@agarisoft.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
