AgariSoft Return & Refund Policy Last updated: April 2026
We want you to love your AgariSoft bedding. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.
Return window You may request a return within 30 days of your delivery date.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In their original packaging
- In the same condition in which they were received
Items that have been used, washed, or removed from their original packaging are not eligible for return. We are unable to accept returns on items marked as final sale.
How to initiate a return To start a return, email us at orders@agarisoft.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Return shipping costs
- If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — AgariSoft will cover the full cost of return shipping and provide a prepaid return label at no charge to you.
- If you are returning for personal reasons (changed your mind, ordered the wrong size or color) — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. AgariSoft is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return your original item subject to the conditions above and place a new order.
Damaged or defective items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at orders@agarisoft.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no return required in most cases.
